APPLICATION
The system can weld stainless steel, kovar alloy, aluminum, copper and other metal alloys in the environment of no water or oxygen.
It can be used in welding of microwave device, RF package, T / R module, pacemaker, sensor, lithium battery, vacuum cup, and other micro welding.
PERFORMANCE
■ Glove box laser welding system is designed to meet the requirement for specific inert gas laser welding application.
■ This system adopts 300W~500W laser, which is specially used for precise seal welding of electronic devices.
■ It is equipped with CCD online monitoring system as standard configuration,and optional machine vision automatic positioning with high resolution and fast response time
■ Efficient communication with CNC Motion Control System
■ Low requirements to the precision of repeated positioning of workpieces, can complete the high precision repetition of any complex figure, and can be widely used in automatic small-scale repeated precision welding.
■Different from the traditional teaching programming and single program processing mode, it can be widely used in automatic small format repeated precision welding, with smooth, meticulous weld and good sealing performance.
